  • Start here: A 60 minute, one-on-one evaluation with Dr. Gina to diagnose and develop a treatment plan for your pain and/or movement issue. Treatment will begin after the exam, so be sure to wear loose, comfortable clothing.

  • One-on-one 45-minute follow-up session with Dr. Gina to continue your PT Plan of Care (POC). Continue addressing your problems and goals, and discuss any new issues or concerns. NOTE: Please schedule for first follow-up only if you have completed a Pain-Free Pathway Initial Exam within the last 30 days.

  • NOTE: Pain-Free Pathway Initial Exam must have been completed prior to booking your first Telehealth session. By patient request: Accountability! A 15 minute Telehealth session for Dr. Gina PT to check in with your progress with your plan of care and/or Home Exercise Program. 3, 5, and 7 session packages available.

  • Sometimes you just need a stress reboot! Dr. Gina will perform a 30 minute Swedish massage for your neck, shoulders, head, and face. Can include the following: joint mobilization, cupping, myofascial release, occipital muscle release, iASTYM. Please note: Dr. Gina PT is happy to note injuries or issues you may have, but these are addressed in a 60 Minute Pain-Free Pathway evaluation. Integrative Dry Needling is a separate treatment, due to the setup and information about benefits and risks required.

Dry Needling (DN) involves inserting a tiny monofilament needle into symptomatic tissue with the intent to reduce pain, increase circulation and improve function of the neuromusculoskeletal system. DN is not traditional Chinese Acupuncture, but instead is based on neurology, physiology and western medical principles.
